They're really good.

It was great.

The first time was real good. The second time the tech was not as good as the first time.

The company does have 24 hour 7 day a week service. When you call after hours the service person will tell you what the service charge is. Their emergency service hours also include the weekends. The charge is high (my opinion) but when the AC is down it is what it is. They service person did keep me in the loop as to what time they would be arriving at the house. The service person even call to say they were running late (nice). My biggest bit was the price they charged for one part. My unit requires a capacitor. This capacitor is a standard one for outside AC units (it is called 40 –5 capacitor). The $256.00 price is high. Even if you use the most expensive one listed on the web this price is still more then double the retail cost (I did not even compare to the whole sale cost). Would I have them repair my unit again –YES if it was really an emergency. I did get first responder/military discount only after asking for it.

3 hours of $125/hr labor before they ever turned a wrench!! Water heater went out so i called the folks i heard advertising on KTSA; Quarter Moon Plumbing. They came out and wrote it up as a "Tank Failure". Not a huge deal right?? After all, it's under warranty. You would think a plumbing company, who probably does this a lot more than me, would have a process for this... You would be wrong. Quarter Moon made me do all the leg work of calling the Water Heater folks and getting a replacement shipped to a local Ferguson's. After securing my own replacement, I gave this info to Quarter Moon so they could grab and install it. They still couldn't find it. After them failing to track down where the replacement heater was, I had to call Ferguson's to find out which location had my water heater and then let my tech know. On top of all that... They didn't have the water heater tag so they couldn't pick it up. So, they billed me for going to Ferguson's without the water heater tag, billed me for driving to my house and grabbing the tag, and then billed me for driving BACK to the Rim. Quarter Moon charged me for the 3 hours of them figuring out how to pick up a water heater!! I would think a plumbing company would have this process all figured out, but no. 3 hours of $125/hour labor before they ever turned a wrench. Once they switched it out... they left water in my drain pan and the floor around the water heater soaked. I will never use these folks again.

Quarter Moon team---David and Justin--were both very professional and courteous. They diagnosed the problem, had the needed parts, and completed work in less than hour. We would certainly call Quarter Moon again, the next time we have a plumbing problem. They are our first call for plumbing issues.

They did a great job, prior works they were excellent. Had some problem with the loose tiles and I will call them about it and get them to see and they might take care of it for me.

Arrived on time. Service technicians are "sales" people.

I called in the morning and plumbers arrived that afternoon. Plumbers were professional and repaired the leak. Plumbers did good work. A few days later, I got a call from the office saying that the plumbers made a mistake in calculating the amount I was charged and that I would be receiving a (approximately) $30 refund. A few days later, I received my refund. This company does good work and is honest as well. This is the second time I've used this company and will continue doing business with them.

Tech was amazing and efficient. Great recommend for additional services that we need to have done.

They were fast and efficient. There were no surprises and came in right on budget. They even came back to install the shut offs after the drywall repair at no extra charge.

was given price for service when i called of $99.00, then, after finished, was told price now almost DOUBLE. As the auger roto is now extra. But told after. Felt like bait and switch.

I had a leak in the living room from the kitchen faucet.When we pulled the molding away the nail was hammered into the pipe. We paid a couple hundred up front and the insurance covered the rest. It hasn't leaked since. They came right out.

My hot water heater was not to code. So several other repairs were needed before I could get the PRV replaced. My gas hot water heater would not light after repairs, so they gave me a great deal on a new one since it was operational before. I would have given an A, but the put the ORB in the wrong place and city would not pass it.

I called on a Thursday and they were able to schedule service for the following day and they gave me an estimate. After calling 6 other places I felt they were the most reasonable pricing option but appreciated that they still sounded professional and knowledgeable. They arrived within their service window time and called 30 minutes prior to their arrival as a courtesy. They got right to work but were also kind to my curious and chatty little kids. They did an amazing job for an amazing price and my husband and I were really pleased. We will use them for all future plumbing and highly recommend them!

Ok no leaks so they said my water heater wasn't up to code

They showed up on time. Worked quickly, were very knowledgeable.

At first I was not happy with them but it was resolved through the office manager. I previously had recommended them to anyone that asked, had a dispute, but it was resolved. They have a customer for life now. Greg, Seth and Robert were excellent.

Workers arrived on time and worked steadily to complete large amount of work in good time. Only one time did a worker leave my bathroom very dirty. When I reported it, the next time workers were in my house, they took care to keep the carpet clean and to clean up in the bathroom when they were finished.

The leak was fixed but they were here for under an hour and charged for 2 hours ($99/hr). They said it was because they included time driving (1/2 hour) plus it took them 20 minutes to fill out paperwork for the bill. Parts were only $35 so my argument was an egregious overcharge for labor. Had used them before with a very reasonable charge and professional attitude. After a lot of rhetoric, non-sensical explanations on their part they lowered their bill from $216 to $194. I felt like I was dealing with a used-car salesman and was left frustrated and ripped-off. They also tracked in mud across my floors- no booties after a heavy rain previous night. Never again.

Setting up the appointment and getting a rough estimate was super easy via e-mail. The techs arrived on time and got right to work. They had the job done in less than an hour, and they cleaned up their mess and explained exactly what they had done and why. The price came in just under what was quoted over e-mail, so I was okay with paying that, but for the amount of time it took to do the job, I thought the labor was billed a bit high ($173). That said, I did get several quotes before hiring Quarter Moon, and they were all about the same, so what they charged me was probably fair, and I would definitely use them again in the future.
