Had one or their techs diagnose my car and during the time my vehicle was being stored in the shop one of the mechanics stole the subwoofer from my trunk. **UPDATE** Upon notifying my "recommended" mechanic of the issue with his shop he continued to try to tell me that my vehicle in fact never had a subwoofer.. pretty funny when his lifelong friend whom sold me the car was immediately able to provide me with all info regarding the speaker in the trunk. I highly suggest staying away from this business.

I had Bill and his crew do many jobs for me over the years when things went South. Several of the better mechanics that once worked here had left and along with it went the quality work. They charged me on 2 occasions for work that didn't need to be done resulting in my having to pay someone else to fix the problem. The first was $1000 to fix the a/c on one car, which failed and come to find out- the hoses were clogged and we never needed the new compressor that they charged us for. We found the real problem when water started leaking within the vehicle Had to pay someone else to fix that properly. Second time they told me the front end wobble came from my needing new rotars on another car- when in fact, the issue was that my lugs had been stripped and were loose. They sent us out on the road with wheels that were about to fall off the car. I contacted Bill who told didn't sound concerned or sorry at all that we could have been hurt. I got an "Well....ohh...sorry to hear that." After the thousands of dollars spent here over the years, I expected better. Haven't been back since and wouldn't go here if my life depended on it. Horrible.

We have been very please with the work and staff. All work is guaranteed and they stand behind their guarantee. An example is that they replaced an alternator with a rebuilt one that went bad, They replaced it no problem. On two occasions they found used parts that other mechanics could not find or maybe not want to find. The difference between the used parts and new was dramatic. I felt like they were looking out for us. Really good people.

I've dealt with some bums, and this guy is not a bum. He knows his stuff. He doesn't mind telling  you what's wrong. He understands, when he tells you that you may walk away. He doesn't try to hook you or anything. He gives you option. I had to have a part for my car. New was $500-something and a rebuilt one was $300-something. He told me about that and recommended the rebuilt one, because it would save me money. They're really good. They've been in business for quite some time and they don't advertise much. They live on word of mouth, and they back the word up.

Van was delivered, repairs made quickly and thoroughly. Excellent work.

Was able to make a quick appointment. Receptionist, owner and mechanics were very courteous and thorough. Vehicles were ready in a very timely manner.

Work was performed as promised . I have used Two Techs in the past and have always been satisfied with the service.

I've been using them for 5 years now and they have always went out of their way to make things right.
