"I believe I worked with Johnny. $150 to re-grout fireplace tile that was damaged. I was...just expecting more. I thought at estimate time he said he was going to clean, grout, and seal the tile. He only...re-grouted. As job was wrapping up, I asked about condition. He said, "oh, you have to buy some tile cleaner", and "here's how to get off some of this candle wax". Just...wasn't expecting to have to do this myself. So for $150, it just seemed a little high for the work performed (and there were actually a couple places where grout isn't even; missing chunk in one space), but it ended up costing more labor, materials, and time for me later on. That said, Johnny was nice and friendly. I just had some concerns with the work and the price."

You can’t even tell there was a hole there. Joe took the time to explain everything to me of what our issue was and how he fixed it. He was on time, explained how long the job will take, and very thorough. Very professional work. My husband and I will definitely use Cransten again for our house projects in the future.
