He only...re-grouted. As job was wrapping up, I asked about condition. He said, "oh, you have to buy some tile cleaner", and "here's how to get off some of this candle wax". Just...wasn't expecting to have to do this myself. So for $150, it just seemed a little high for the work performed (and there were actually a couple places where grout isn't even; missing chunk in one space), but it ended up costing more labor, materials, and time for me later on. That said, Johnny was nice and friendly. I just had some concerns with the work and the price."

"Easy to work with. They put in long days 8 - 6:30. Very little time for breaks and lunch. Make sure you have all items removed from the walls and as much as you can remove items. Everything gets dusty with sanding wall repairs or removal of popcorn ceilings. I highly recommend this company!!"
