Highly recommend R&L Tree Service! Pete came out for our estimate and was quite fascinating to talk to, his knowledge and professionalism is impressive. We got a very reasonable estimate for the removal of a very large dead elm, pruning and moving a couple of younger trees. On removal day this team was incredible to watch. Everything was well thought out and executed with continuous communication. Our neighbors were so impressed that they ask me for their information. Clean up was perfect...like no one was here. Also, something else we really loved, trees are recycled back into nature. Thank you R&L!

I contacted approximately 7 companies over 3 days to give estimates for what I thought was a bigger job, 14 trees: 11 huge pines, 3 medium hardwoods. Pete, with R&L, was the first to respond and show for an estimate. Their company was one of the only ones that actually puts the trees back into nature, recycles back, instead of just taking yard waste to the dump. He also met the other estimates but said he could do it for a bit lower. The other companies came in with his original quote, one company, was willing to meet his lower price. But, with Pete, I liked everything about his company policy. Plus, they could come the first of the next week. The team was amazing, they worked hard, together, discussed ideas about changes that might be better for the trees. I also came home the second and final day to a beautifully graded piece of property. I could of not been happier. Top notch. 100% A+++++

I was at work /husband home during the process. trimming a very large Water oak. I came home to a lifted tree canopy and for the first time in years, I could see over the roof. It was like a breath of fresh air. Roof and gutters cleaned up and checked. Price half of other quote---------R&L came highly recommended from a friend. I can see why.

I called R&L Tree Service after filling my 11th yard bag of gum balls from the HUGE Gum tree in my back yard. I had heard good things about their work from neighbors. Pete came by the next day to see the tree and offered a fair price to chop it down. Like clockwork, he and his crew showed up early on the morning scheduled, smiling and ready to work! They were in full view of my picture window so I was able to observe the progress. It was like watching “Skill in action”. They worked in sync as a team. After 5 hours of continuous work, I asked if they ever take a break? They just smiled and said, “soon”. At the end of a full day, I noticed them removing the mat and screen they had placed to protect my lawn and window, cleaning up, raking, blowing leaves and replacing the fence gate and mulch that was disturbed by the tractors. They just seem to know, from experience, how to do it right! This crew is top notch, professional, respectful and skilled. When I find any good service, I stick with them, and recommend them to others because the good ones are often known only by “word of mouth”--which keeps them busy. That seems true of this dependable family owned business

Excellent, very well organized, professional work. They were very diligent to place mats on the damp lawn to protect it from damage by the machines. Team worked very efficiently and safely. Very courteous team. They spent a good amount of time cleaning up debris and left the lawn in really good shape. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Over my 20+ years at this house, I've used several other tree companies but this one is for sure the one I'll call first next time I need tree services.

Tree trimming/tree removal

These folks are skilled arborists who are skilled and efficient. Great communication and perfect cleanup. Can’t go wrong !

It was considered to be a rather small job, it was note scheduled, but considered a fill in job. This meant there were delays in starting the job. Once that Pete and Nat arrived the work went extremely well. I was impressed with how efficient they worked together and made the whole job look easy. They were also good about cleaning up the debris.

Pete and his crew were awesome! The area they worked on looks better than I could have imagined. It requiring climbing into a live oak and a mulberry to trim several very large branches. When I got home it looked amazing and they cleaned up so throughly that you couldn’t even tell they were here. In addition to the main branches that we discussed, they cleared all kinds of weeds and vines coming from the neighbors yard along my fence. They manicured a camellia that looks so great now from a weedy, overgrown mess. They also removed a medium shrub and a very large boxwood against the house. It all really looks so much better than I even thought it could! They were punctual and friendly. The final price was exactly what was originally quoted and easily worth the money for the difference they made. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again when I need tree work.
