The Sharon at SouthPark is an upscale retirement community and we had 11 restrooms in need of serious tile and grout cleaning and restoration. I put out a bid request and had 5 responses. I chose MK because of cost, the fact the owner was hands on, and their quick response to bid and start time. They came with a plan, executed it just as I was told and the floors look GREAT!! Extremely satisfied!!

Just when we thought our brand new quartz counters were ruined by grout staining and dulling from our backsplash install MK Maintenance came to the rescue. Our countertops are shiny and good as new once again!

Kevin removed yellow oil stains from my brand new marble counter top! He said he would do everything he could.. and he did! He also mailed a sealer to me to apply after 5 days of waiting to see if the compound he used worked. It did and I’m thrilled!! Watch out for vitamin c oil and marble!!
