"One was successfully cleared. The second was blocked by sand for which they did not have the correct equipment (a jetting tool). Also, to clear that drain would have required digging up a line and cutting into it, since the top of the drain was too narrow (2") with too sharp a curve to follow with anything but the snake. I elected to dig up the drain rather than pay them for manual labor but haven't found it yet, so haven't had them back to complete the job."

"They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there!
