They returned the unit to the store and returned the next day with the correct unit. Not only did they remove the old heater and professionally install the new heater, Foothills also replaced missing screws in the Aquahut, and used stones found in my yard to level the base supporting the hut. The Foothills crew restored our hot water, and left the area looking much better than it did when they arrived."

"I have a walkout basement that has trouble in severe rains that floods my basement under the door. We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. "The men were thorough and efficient. The materials were high quality. The job was carried out fast, no corners were cut. My main complaint is that they had to install a dehumidifier or the encapsulation wouldn't work. It runs 24 hours a day which impacts our electric bill."
