"When Ted arrived it was for a completely different project quote. An emergency occured while he was here and he graciously stayed and helped us in what could have been a very bad situation. He dealt directly with the energy company and reduced any stress or anxiety over getting us back up and running. Above and beyond any customary customer service. "Used this company previously and again it was a pleasure from beginning to end. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Referred William to a close friend of mine and she was just as pleased. We both sleep better during our bad Florida thunderstorms. A friend of mine lost their home due to lightning. They got out just in time couldn’t save anything but their lives barely. I urge all to install lightning rods."

"The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done."
