Deck or Porch
Robert kept us well informed throughout the project. We always knew the status and when he would be working on the project. He was very diligent in his effort to please us with the quality of the work. He handled unforeseen problems efficiently and properly. In the end we got a quality product meeting our expectations and needs.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The team at AREM did a great job! This is a local, independant business. He worked with me and the outcome was phenomenal. Highly recommended! I personally would rather give my business to a local, independant, honest business. This is exactly what you get with AREM! Drywall Repair
Initial communication was ok. Turns out I was communicating with his wife, who misunderstood caused additional costs due to misunderstanding. I was pushed off from original date due to an injury on previous job. On the new day, he was hours late due to a flat tire. His crew was one new guy (who showed up with his dog) another who looked underage. They left the first day with mudding unfinished. Showed up the next day (Christmas Eve) with just him the underage guy. They were here for many hours, so my husband missed holiday festivities. We could clearly hear him training the helper. In the end, when my husband saw the finished room, he basically paid him to get them out of our house. We have spent the last week repairing the ugliness ourselves. The pictures show the terrible job he did. It is quite disappointing to have paid money to get results worse than we could have done ourselves with no knowledge or training at all. Do not hire for drywall.

"I?m sorry you feel that way I spoke to your husband and he said he understood how difficult it was due to drywall not being installed correctly. The additional cost came from you stating you had all materials and you did not. We did the best we could with the condition of the room . And I spoke to your husband every step of the way and he said to just do what we could and he understood that the drywall he put up wasn?t done correctly. Again I am sorry you feel this way I hope you and your family have a great New Year."

Our kitchen ceiling may be cursed. A year and a half after a burst pipe lead to a weeks-long ordeal, we noticed evidence of another, thankfully much smaller leak. Fortunately, the repair was much smoother this time around, and credit for that goes to Robert and his crew at AREM. Robert was able to stop by and provide an estimate the day my quote request went out, diagnose the source of and stop the leak the next day, and repair the drywall and paint the day after that. Throughout the process, Robert was courteous and responsive to communication, and his prices are fair. He also stands behind his work, which is reassuring. AREM offers a fully array of services – from repairing water and fire damage to rebuilding decks to cleaning gutters – and I will gladly turn their way in the future (hopefully, for something unrelated to our ceiling).

this company was fast and professional.truly a great experience,great people doing great work!thankful i gave this small business a chance they aimed to please!we hired them for three more jobs on my home!And ask Robert to give you a portfolio insert for your home appraisal or home sale!!!because after they performed all work,my realtor got us an extra $25,000 on top of the $275,000 value because of all the upgrades they did on my home!The owners went out of their way to make me feel secure i was worried about some insight,and i listened a they provided some great additions that helped my property value and sale!thank you AREM i recommend this company for anyone who is trying to upgrade there homes or flip their house!call them now they give free estimates…
