They simplified the water piping and cleaned up thoroughly. Both were extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and explained the temperature setting and recommended maintenance requirements. I will ask for them again for any future plumbing work."

We called another plumber, he tried to revive our old Navien water heater that was located outdoors, but it was beyond repair. The other plumber gave us an estimate to install a new water heater in our garage. It was way too expensive. We called McCoy, and he gave us a very reasonable estimate, given that the gas line had to be extended from one side of the house to the other. Rick listened to our concerns and objectives, and provided what we wanted. Josh and Taylor showed up and worked quickly and efficiently, and it was a long day at that. The new water heater is working very well, and we hope to have no problems during future cold snaps. The new water heater is a recirculating model and we have the wired remote located in the house. This configuration works very well for us."

He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well.
