"I want to thank Angie's List for helping me know about local companies and all their information, to make a clear choice. I called the company and talked to the lady in the office. She was really helpful and explained the differences in the systems, cost and answered other questions I had. She took her time with me and didn't 'talk down' to me but made me feel at ease and knowledgeable of the products. She said she'd have Mike, owner, come out to check the unit I was telling her about and answer any questions I had. He was right on time and was great to explain everything in terms I could understand. He checked the unit and told me what was wrong and my options. I never at any time feel pressured to have it repaired or buy a new unit. I had all the information I needed to decide, and I took overnight to decide. He put a new part in my old unit, to get it up and running. He said he'd leave it in place while I was deciding what I wanted to do - repair or replace. My unit was about 20 years old, and was at the time not working. He was very nice and thoughtful and never pushy or intimidating. When the unit was installed several days later, a new thermostat was also installed. I was given instructions on it and how to set it up with my computer and cell phone. The old unit, and all the mess involved in the installation, was cleaned up and hauled away. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Great job and the nicest people."

"Garrett arrived on time and was attentive to resolving our issues with getting two toilets refurbished/replaced that were damaged by Lowes installation services technicians. He also evaluated the installation of the toilet that was installed. We have not had any work done yet. I will update after we have received the estimates and the projects have been completed."

"The energy audit was performed and a few suggestions were given to me that should be done. The 500 sq. ft. of insulation has hot been installed yet and the emailed report about the energy audit I just received this morning and have not read it yet. 9/30/2014 I still have not gotten the 500 sq.ft. of insulation installed yet. In fact I have not heard from anyone from Fresh Air Technology in two months. They were supposed to give me a price on installing an attic stair tent. removing the whole house fan and bringing the attic insulation up to the proper R factor. I have done some of the items my self because I have not heard a word form anyone. If this is the way this company does business, I don't want to business with them.  I emailed the company in September and told them that I had not received any correspondence from them about scheduling the installation of the insulation. I got an email back stating that the person that was responsible for my account was terminated form the company. I got a call from someone while I was in the shower and my wife asked them to call back. I am still waiting for that call  11/28/14 I just emailed the company again and I am awaiting their email or call. I am getting to the point where I am going to take action. Finally heard back from the company, they are coming next week to install the insulation. 12/10/14- They came this afternoon and installed the insulation as promised. The two men were very personable and set up and completed the work quickly. They covered the floors with paper and vaccuamed the floors when they were done."
