Airv Serve installed our original, complete AC/heat pump system. After our system was hit by lightning, they quickly came out and accessed the damage, replaced one of our units, and performed maintenance on another. The charges were exactly as quoted. Our new system runs beautifully, and their service was timely. We highly recommend them.

Great! The crew showed up on time. planned their work, worked their plan, kept us informed. The were neat and caring of our property, and cleaned as they went. We have aging systems and there is no doubt that their continued care and attention keeps us cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Will,they cut the wall and did not fix it to look the same way as they got here. They put a broad in the place.So if I GO and sale my place I have to fix the wall they took out. They also have me to different prices in my email. Some how the first one was taking out of my email how that happened ask them, because the that one I seen was a different amounts.They why I don't want them back in my house.

"WE TRIED, AND YOU REFUSED TO LET US DO OUR JOB. SOMETIMES COMPLICATED ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRES PATIENCE, WHICH YOU WERE NOT WILLING TO HAVE. You purchased the unit over the internet and got a "friend" of yours to install it. Then when he could not fix the problem you were having you called us. We were in the middle of our third conversation with technical support trying to figure out the problem, because it was very complicated, and you got impatient and told us to pack up and leave. Then you told us that your friend was going to fix it. So we charged you a diagnostic fee of 75 plus tax for roughly 5 hours of diagnostics, and you said your friend was going to fix it. Not sure why you think we charged you 1000, because we did not."
