Outstanding! Mario and his workers did a fantastic job! They removed all insulation. They sanded off all wood and treated with a solution to kill any residual mold. They placed new insulation. They encapsulated the whole crawl space and placed a dehumidifier. I felt very confident that the job was "done right". The whole organization very professional.

The workers worked tirelessly and the gm sent his foreman to correct 1 small discrepancy after the fact. My family and I are extremely pleased to have our house back. I crawled through with the foreman and the workmanship was superb. The price was a very fair price for the quality and amount of work performed.

Great balance to get crawlspace cleaned up without over charging with unnecessary services. Very good quality job, followup and communication.

They cut a trench in the sidewalk and installed a grate.   They connect ed pipes from the downspouts to the trench to carry the water away from the house.

They did a great job. This company was professional, prompt and skilled in their trade. They were very effectively and I would use them again, I just hope I do not have to.

Inspection of attic (insulation and areas of possible heat loss), inspection of crawl space, and blower door test. Arrived at appointed time, very professional, a thorough inspection of house.  Inspection of crawl space showed some mold on floor joists, recommended encapsulation of crawl space.  Attic could had some additional insulation problems on vertical walls.  No high pressure to purchase services.  Provided several options to consider on resolving the issues.  Currently getting bids for various issues.

I cannot say enough good things about them. They are the only ones authorized in this area to put an aresol inside the air vents. It seals little air  leaks in your vents. It also gives protection against future mold, that kind of thing. Signature Exteriors referred me to them. They did their job exactly the way they were supposed to. They were aware. I have dogs and they were aware, don't just open the front door, the dog might get out. They were here long enough that I couldn't just lock the dogs out. You've got these big fans and blowers and all that. They took such care with my house. It's big major equipment that can only be so dainty with it. They did their best.
We still have one more piece to do. The first thing they do is they clean all of your vents. That is included in the price to putting the aresol treatment in. The aresol treatment, there's a computer to tell it what it's doing and when it's done. Getting it set up is the biggest part of the job. It takes about 2 hours to clean up all the vents and that kind of thing. The computer comes on and says, yes you have things in good shape or no you still have a gap somewhere. Well, they came last week and on the downstairs the computer kept saying you've got a gap and the man the came up to me and said, Ma'am it says that you have a 27 square inch hole somewhere in all your venting. I said, oh my gosh, let me just pay you. You spent half a day and you didn't get to do your job but that's on me not on you and he said, no, ma'am, we're going to find the hole. Well, again, all this is closed up. They start taking out the vents, using their flashlights and using their cell phones to photograph all throughout the venting of the downstairs of my house until they find a phantom vent. When the house was built 31 years ago, they closed off where a vent was supposed to go. I have been heating and cooling the gap where the downstairs ceiling and the upstairs floor, I don't know how many square feet that is, we've been heating and cooling this for 30 years. So, they said, here, let us email you the photos and let us talk to our boss. We know that we don't do this kind of thing but somebody needs to take care of this. I said that I wanted to pay them and he said there is no way we are going to charge you to get nothing done. He said, you let you know when the vent is replaced and I'll send the guys out and they'll finish the job they came to do.

The crew arrived on time and was very professional. They explained the progress and about how long it was going to take. They did not mind any questions we had and was able to answer them. They took before and after pictures so that we could see the work that was completed. I would recommend this company and will use them again in another 5 years.

They did a good job. They took out the vents and cleaned them. They vacuumed. They had a vacuum that looked like a hot air balloon. They filtered everything and got all the dust and debris. They did a real good job. They vacuumed the dryer out as well. They ran a device up there that swirls around and cleans it before they vacuum. Then they went up into the attic and did the ducts up there. So they cleaned the individual units. They were very clean. I would recommend them.

Scheduling was fine. They were prompt and professional. Two men arrived for the appointment and one stayed to complete the job. My experience was okay overall. However, I did expect more from them. I was looking for situations more as conducting the efficiency of the heating and cooling unit and testing for leakage. They explained that I should weather strip the doors and windows. They completed what was included in the deal. However, I had expected more to be inspected through this audit.

They were excellent and we were very happy with them. It was negotiated with the sellers and so we didn’t pay for it but I remember going through the bidding process and they were absolutely fair. It was a real great price. We had the home re-inspected after and the inspectors had actually taken pictures of it since it looks perfect. We were really pleased. They were in and out. We actually had a problem since one of the pipes while they were re-inspecting the cellar was restricting a little bit and they came out the next day or so and got everything sorted out. So, even after the fact, they were totally responsive. They were great. The price was very fair. It wasn’t the cheapest but it also wasn’t the most expensive. We had a very tight timeline and they came in and knocked it out. They cleaned everything up. They were prompt and did everything they were supposed to.

I got a coupon/deal on Angie's List.  It was for Energy Audit + Attic Insulation
The guys that came to insulate my attic did an excellent job. I believe the person's name that did the job is Peter. Great guy and he knew what he was doing and it was evident that he wanted to do a great job, which is rare to find these days.
However, they never did the energy audit as the device was broken and they had to get it fixed. They showed up on a cold rainy day and the weather was not  favourable as the outside temperature was same as the inside and the energy audit will not be effective. 
I have not called them back for energy audit even though its paid for as I have some renovations work going on. I hope they will come and complete the energy audit once I am ready.
Overall A++. I highly recommend Fresh Air!

The energy audit person left the company shortly after, so it took me several calls to figure out what had happened and to get the insulation installation scheduled. Once there, the 2 guys who actually put in the insulation were very professional and did a good job.

An employee came out with the subcontractor to do the energy audit. They did a thorough job with the audit. The Fresh Air employee went into my attic and said we needed more insulation. He said he could cure the cold air issues and came back with a quote of $1,200. I escaladed the service through Angie’s List. A few months later they fired the gentleman who I had been working with. After talking with the manager I found out that the representative had grossly increased my price which I thought he had. He tried to double charging me. The owner had someone come out to blow the 500 square feet of insulation. They did the work as it should have been done. They did everything they could to make it right by a bad employee.

Overall, I was very happy with the service.  However, they showed up 3 hours late and needed to come back the next day to finish the job.  The techs were professional and thorough in their work.  Also, they made sure all of the old materials and any sign of their work was removed and put back in place.  I would recommend and remember to mention you are a angies list member for a discount.

Offered additonal services such as radiant heat barriers. I chose to go only with insulation...price was good compared to other bids

My experience was good. They were easy to work with. They were timely in getting back to me. They gave very good information on what I wanted them to look into. They gave me good options to choose from as well. I felt the price was a little higher than I expected just to finish the job.
