Chris Jones did all of the work and I would recommend American and Mr. Jones for any heating/cooling challenges that you might have. A very clean neat job. He wore footies over his shoes when he came inside and removed all of the used parts. Some of the work that the competitor recommended was not necessary. I would guess that the competitor has to pay for their tv ? promotional advertising somehow. The work was done in Nov. 2013 and has been working fine since then."
