I feel that the price was on the high side ($400) for only two hours of labor. I did discuss this with the office manager subsequently, and she graciously made on adjustment given that I performed all of the prep work. It is important to note that this company Automatically charges a $79 estimate fee whether you do the work or not, and this is NOT subtracted from the job price. Secondly, this company does Not charge by the hour, but has an established fee for each type of plumbing job. This being said, I would work with this company again. Again, I was pleased with the work that Reggie performed."
