"I really enjoyed working with Member and his family. I hope to do more work with him in the future."
"The customer and his family are great people. I've been working with them for so long, their like family. I always treat all my customers with great respect, to their home and to them as people in general. I feel over the years that I have been working with him that we are not just business associates. We have become really good friends. I would do anything to help him and his family."
"In response to this review. The customer wanted tile layed on an exterior slab. I quoted him a price on installing the tile. I have pictures of the completed job. It looks fine. Once we were done he then wanted us to install a base tile along edge of tile where slab meets house. I told him that wasn't part of the quote. He then wanted us to install an edging around slab, that to was not part of the quote. I told him he could install it or if he wanted to pay for it we would install it. Although we did try to make sure the yard was clean there may have been a cigerete but over looked, for this i apologize. As far as concrete being left in his yard,no this is not true. Any left over thinset(concrete) had to be cleaned off the tools we were using. We had two options, his sink or the drainage ditch in his back yard. Any thinset that was cleaned was washed into the soil with a garden hose. Any remaining would only have been on blades of grass and would be eliminated as soon as he cut his grass. This customer was on of those people who try to get more than they payed for. I gave him a price up front on two projects he wanted to do about a month in advance before the work was done. He had every opportunity to compare prices and check references. I have found that there are some people in this world who no matter what you can never please. As I said,I have pictures of this customers completed job which does show his back yard which was left clean and free of debris. I do have over thirty years of experience in remodeling and can provide pages of references of happy customers who have become steady customers of ours. You don't stay in business for eighteen years by doing bad work. You do however run into some customers who are never happy, no matter how good a job you do. When this customer refers to cementing the tiles when they were installed and that we didn't do it,this is in reference to the edging of the slab. Each tile set was set with a modified thinset rated for exterior use. As previously stated he wanted us to install edging around outside edge of slab and when I asked him if he wanted it done he didn't want to pay the extra cost to have it installed. His tile will not crack or pop up We always pay attention to detail, thats why we take pictures"
