"Tommy came yesterday to clean our sofa. When I called to schedule the appointment, he said he would arrive between 10-11 am. There was no guessing what time he would arrive; he called when on his way and arrived promptly at 10. He used Organic products (which smelled fantastic) and did a fabulous job. When he left, the sofa was dry....no two hour drying time like other companies. Highly recommend!!"

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The floors look so awesome now! They shine and are wonderful to walk on because I know they are really deep-down clean. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "It felt like a bit of a letdown when they first arrived. Ken arrived in his minivan; his coworker arrived in his own car. They used the water from our house to fill their pump that was placed on our front porch. This was not what I was expecting, as I was used to having carpet cleaners using truck mounted equipment. However, they spent a fair bit of time cleaning, particularly areas which were soiled. Some stains (juice) came off, others (coffee/tea) remained. The carpet dried fairly quickly, unlike earlier times when we had had them steam cleaned. Somehow felt that it wasnt quite the deep-clean that we had had in the past. But, Ken is very ernest, and knows what he is doing. It seems like a startup and is likely get more professional over time. His pricing was lower than others, and he made a sincere effort to meet our needs."
