"The carpet cleaning expert provided excellent service, thoroughly explaining his process from start to finish and targeting specific areas that needed attention, resulting in a clean and fresh-smelling carpet."

My name is Nikkie Houston. I am an experienced cleaner. I have cleaned large local hunting lodges, private homes and some commercial businesses in the past. I have been a stay at home mom for 5 years and now I am ready to work to help others.

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

"Took care of upholstery cleaning for a couch, love seat, and chair, plus carpet cleaning for an area rug cleaning and screened porch. They did a great job! Very easy to work with. Mike is a great communicator by phone or through Angie's List, highly responsive and provides complete details on the work. Competitively priced. Recommended."

"It was a pleasure working with these guys. They did me a big favor on the timing. I had to get these services done asap because my rugs and furniture were coming the next day. The floors look so awesome now! They shine and are wonderful to walk on because I know they are really deep-down clean. The carpets are so clean and refreshed, that I am sure they will last many years. All the guys were so nice and accommodating. They stayed later to get it done. It took some time and a lot of muscle to get it right again. They service all over Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham and surrounding areas. I'm so glad I found them and I will use them annually going forward just to keep things ship-shape."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. Great experience and will definitely use again"

"Julie and Tony run a great business. Very professional, always call to verify details, communicate well, do a very good job with cleaning carpets. Our carpets about 20 years old and they even make them look good!"

"Very professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough in their work. They were able to remove tough stains and revitalize the appearance of our carpet, making them look almost brand new. The service was prompt, the pricing was fair, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!"
