Although he had to move furniture around, he charged me his original quote (that did not include furniture moving). For that reason I increased the amt I paid him. He was courteous and professional. Dry-cleaning process employed did not seem appropriate for heavy stain removal. Ended up renting steam cleaner from Lowes the next day and spending two hours extra of my time trying to remove stains - did a much better job. Service probably ok for light stain removal and refreshing ..."

"An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall.
