There was no guessing what time he would arrive; he called when on his way and arrived promptly at 10. He used Organic products (which smelled fantastic) and did a fabulous job. "Company rep was on time and friendly, performed work within an hour. However, did not clean carpet to my expectations as many stains remained on carpet. Dry-cleaning process employed did not seem appropriate for heavy stain removal. Ended up renting steam cleaner from Lowes the next day and spending two hours extra of my time trying to remove stains - did a much better job.
