There was no guessing what time he would arrive; he called when on his way and arrived promptly at 10. He used Organic products (which smelled fantastic) and did a fabulous job. When he left, the sofa was dry....no two hour drying time like other companies. Highly recommend!!"

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. "My initial phone call was returned within 2 hours, after a description of the work a price was given, the cleaning was scheduled for the next day at 4:30 pm, that evening Ken called to say they had a cancellation and would be able to come between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. I returned the call letting him know that would be fine. He arrived at 2:30 pm, with a helper, the proceeded to move furniture off the rug and complete the cleaning which took until 4pm.
