We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. "Three people came to clean our home after we moved out. We were there for portions of the cleaning and from what we observed they did what they were asked to do. They were not particularly efficient, but they were helpful; they did bag up a few of our remaining items, without being asked, which we appreciated. However, the next occupants discovered an issue with the toilet that we believe was related to the cleaning. First Impressions was unwilling to accept any responsibility and only after several phone calls did they even offer some reimbursement. We tried to explain our position in good faith, but we felt that good faith was not returned."
