"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "My initial phone call was returned within 2 hours, after a description of the work a price was given, the cleaning was scheduled for the next day at 4:30 pm, that evening Ken called to say they had a cancellation and would be able to come between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. I returned the call letting him know that would be fine. He arrived at 2:30 pm, with a helper, the proceeded to move furniture off the rug and complete the cleaning which took until 4pm.
