"I couldn't be happier with the tile work completed by Diego at my home. He was very professional and showed up each day exactly when he said he would. When he took apart our existing shower floor, everything was rotted, moldy and in pretty bad shape. He cleaned everything out and built a new shower floor from scratch. The original shower pan was not installed correctly and water was able to penetrate the underlying wood. We were lucky we didn't have a leak to the floor below. Diego competently rebuilt the shower properly, rebuilt the saddle under the shower doors with new pieces of marble and tile I had lying around in my basement, installed new tile on the floor and lower shower wall and reinstalled the original shower doors. He even carried the glass shower doors down the stairs and out to the front yard so I could thoroughly clean off the hard water stains and mildew. We love that the shower now looks like one you'd find in a spa--so clean--and the water drains perfectly which will prevent a lot of issues in the future. Diego also replaced a small area of my kitchen backsplash that had been bothering me for years. It was originally installed improperly, so the tiles didn't line up correctly. I chose a beautiful glass tile in a herringbone pattern that happened to be very difficult to install. Diego did an amazing job and proved that he is a true artisan! He even took the time to cut small little triangles from the tiles so the spaces were not too large. The end result is perfect and I love it! I would 100% use Elite Tile for my next tile project and will recommend to my friends."

"My countertops look so much better and shine. I was very surprised that he would not do my backsplash due to the fact he thought it would crack (it is large tiles.) I have checked since and was told that they would not break. Also, he left a good inch or more on each side of my stove top that was not polished. I figured because I have a glass top stove he did not want to get near it. However, if he had called that to my attention we could have pulled the stove out for him to the sides. I am pretty disappointed with the finished job. For what I paid him I expected it to look new like he told me it would. He was only here a couple of hours. I have several friends that have noticed the places right away. I also have found a few places he missed. I called him and ask him about doing my wet bar counter top and he said it might be too small and I got the impression he was not interested. I also suggested that he tell his customers that there are places he will not sand and surely they make a smaller sander that would help with that problem. I can believe I am the only one that has had this problem. Do not know if I made him mad with my suggestions but I thought it was good advice. Like I said the countertops he sanded looks great and very good shine. But when you look at them and see the dull (also make it look two different colors) backsplash and a streak down each side of my stove it really does not look nice. There is a place next to my refrigerator that he missed. I would appreciate if you could help me with this and have him to come back. "I initially contracted for just a bathtub refinishing. The tub ended up so sparkling and new looking that the worn bathroom floor looked horrendous. So I asked them about flooring, ultimately purchasing a floating laminate to put over the ugly tiled floor. We repeated the flooring in the other bathroom.
