"We worked primarily with Carl Caldwell, who was at our house most days and who we found to be knowledgeable and professional. Carl kept on top of our project, was responsive, answered our questions and kept us informed. Triangle Classic Homes appears to have long-standing relationships with most of the subcontractors they use, and with one exception, we were pleased with the work of the subcontractors. The one exception was the flooring subcontractor. Our project involved both hardwood floors and tile. While the subcontractor did a good job on installation of both hardwood floors and tile, they didn't seem to have a wide selection of tile. Of more concern, they didn't return calls promptly and didn't seem to be able to direct us toward tile selections within out budget. Selecting tile for the project was a frustrating and time-consuming process.
