Rodas Construction gave a competitive quote to remove existing engineered wood, install new hard wood, and to move furniture and appliances. Other contractors wanted me to find my trades to store furniture and remove appliances. The end result is beautiful. I called the back to restrain my stairs and bannister as well as replace poorly installed transitions done by a recent wood installation on my 2nd floor by another company. We will be having additional renovations done and will call Rodas Construction. The staff are kind and respectful. They completed my job timely and kept a tidy workspace and cleaned when the work was completed."
