"Cliff was wonderful to work with and the end result looks amazing. It's like a brand new shower! We had leaking through cracks in the grout and he removed and replaced all necessary areas and matched the color perfectly. We would absolutely recommend him and will use him for all our tile needs in the future."

"It was fine.

It was just normal.

Normal what I expected, I can't say it was anything magnanimous or what have you, I needed the carpets clean as well and I needed the tile clean, I had expect the tiles to be a little bit cleaner but yeah no big sweat that I needed to do it so it was okay."

"These guys were great. Reasonably priced, came to work everyday when they said they would be here. Finished when they said they would. Very nice and friendly and easy to work with. I had a couple Friends that came by to see my new shower and they both have been in the building business for years and they both commented on what a nice tile job. I love my newly tiled shower."

Small jobs welcome

"The carpets were clean. They were cheap and all I needed was a rental cleaned. I would like to warn others who use this company that the carpets were wet for over 28 hours. This did not matter to me since I have already moved out but just FYI. the guys were great and the carpets are clean (though it was new construction 2 years old) I have 3 kids under 10 and there were no stains anywhere"

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

No, you cannot use bleach on Dekton. Avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning and treating Dekton. Such chemicals are unnecessary since Dekton is highly stain-resistant and nonporous. Instead, use a mild solution of water and soap or vinegar when cleaning your Dekton countertops and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.

The white stains you see on your bricks are likely efflorescence, which is salt and lime buildup. To remove efflorescence stains, simply brush them away with a stiff brush. For larger, more stubborn stains, scrub the stains with a water-detergent solution.

Before you begin caulking a shower, you’ll need to use a utility knife or solvent to remove the old caulk and inspect the area for mold. If needed, take appropriate steps to get rid of the mold, then wipe everything down with dish soap and warm water before letting it dry completely. Finally, surround the caulking area with two strips of blue painter’s tape—one above the joint where you’re caulking and another below it.

Whether or not you should seal tile grout depends entirely on the product’s specifications. Often, premixed grout does not need to be sealed, which can save you a step and help you complete the process faster. In the event that the grout you use does need to be sealed, you’ll need to wait at least 48 hours until the grout has dried completely but should do it as soon as possible after that.

It isn’t expensive to change grout color, especially if you opt for a grout pen, dye, or stain to do the job. It will cost more if you want to fully remove the grout and redo it, but this method also means the new color will last longer than painted grout. You’ll spend less on frequent dye or pen touchups if you redo the grout entirely.
