Locally, family owned and operated plumbing company that believes in doing the right thing 100% of the time. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us.
"I can highly recommend Optimal Plumbing Solutions! They were professional during the entire process. They provided quality service and were punctual for both the estimate and repair. We had a lot to fix, and it was an overall good value. They offer a discount for multiple projects on the same ticket, this discount helped a ton! In early March, they fixed multiple issues that we had going on in our house. In 2012, my husband and I moved back into his childhood home. The whole time our guest bathroom has not had a working shower, but we knew from other plumbing visits that to fix it would require cutting through drywall from another room and be a big project. Plus we had to fill a bucket with the cold water of the tub to flush the toilet, we have had two other plumbers visit over the years to fix this issue with no luck. We finally decided to fix the hot water in our guest bathroom and other plumbing issues that my dad recommended that have happened over the years. We are expecting our first child in July and the out of town new grandparents were planning (before the pandemic) to stay with us to help out. We know we need our guest bathroom that is close to the nursery to be up and running. Optimal Plumbing Solutions repaired the clean out in the front yard, replaced two outside hose bibs, replaced the shut off valve and supply line at the toilet, installed a shower/tub valve, and replaced shower arm with drywall cutout. Basically they fixed all the plumbing issues we have been procrastinating on fixing. They did a fantastic job! Our pipes are safer and less likely to burst with the clean out repaired and the hose bibs replaced. Our guest bathroom now has a working shower and toilet again! Note: I did not take photos of the outside issues, but here are some before and afters of the guest bathroom: new shower, old shower, new tub, and old tub"

"This company's customer service has gone way down hill. I have been a customer of ARS for decades but based on my last two interactions with them this may not last. Several weeks ago my AC was not working. The first technician found that there was a leak but his leak detector was not working. Another technician came out the next day and determined that the reversing valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. The part needed to be replaced and I was without AC for six days. I called several times to try to find out what was happening and was always told that someone would call me back. I never received a call. When the part arrived I was told that the technician would be there between 12 and 4. When I called after 5 I was told that I was still next on the technicians list. When he arrived after 8 he told me that no one else could handle my repair because he had the part on his truck. On October 7 I had a technician out to do my semi annual maintenance. He found that the outside temperature sensor needed replacement. Once again the part needed to be ordered. It is now October 17 and I have not heard anything from ARS. If I try to call I get the same nonsense about someone calling me back."

"I had Tebco fencing come out to move my back fence line back 18ft, install a 4ft walk gate, and replace around 50 vinyl panels. They came out around September 10th, it took them a day and a half to finish. After they were done, I paid them, I also asked if they had put screws in each back corner of the fence so if the wind was really bad it wouldn't blow the panels out. They said they put screws in both back corners and told me if I saw anymore panels that needed replacing to let them know. I texted TJ Brown on September 13th to let him know that there were panels that got missed and needed to be replaced. I texted him again on September 20th, he finally texted me back to say he would come out ASAP to replace the rest of the panels for me. I told him I put blue painters tape on the panels that needed replacing. On September 27, October 5th, October 15th, October 23rd I texted him wanting to know when he'd be out, no answer. On October 25th I texted TJ Brown, he finally responded back saying, We are way behind bc of Covid in the family and then a death in the family. I have you on the list to go out and get you taken care of. That's the last time I've heard from him. I called TJ Brown on December 23rd, left a voice-mail explaining my frustration with him and his company. This was the day we had 50mph + wind gusts, blew out my two back corner panels of my vinyl fence....yep, they didn't put screws in the corners like I asked them too and said they did. It's now mid January 2023 and still no response from TJ Brown. I'm sure if it was a new customer wanting a fence installed he'd be right on calling that person back. Liars, p*** poor service, non stop excuses of why they can't come out, won't respond back....guess he got his work ethic from Joe Biden. Terrible company, won't ever do business with them again! I'm sure I won't ever get the panels that I paid $ for replaced."

Estimating what size well pump you need is challenging and often inaccurate, but a general rule of thumb is to take the number of fixtures—including water-consuming appliances—in your home and aim for that number in gallons per minute. That calculation method would allow for every fixture in your home to use about one gallon of water per minute. However, it’s best to leave the pump size determination to a professional technician, as they can ensure your pump is providing your home with sufficient water, especially during peak usage hours.
Some states and municipalities restrict well pump repair and replacement to licensed plumbers and technicians, while others don’t have requirements. However, it’s always a good idea to hire a certified plumber to repair or replace well pumps and water pumps. Certified professionals are far more likely to get the job done correctly and prevent future issues, which is especially important for ensuring access to clean water for your home.
It’s possible to fix a broken well pump yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Well pumps are hard to reach and service without the proper equipment, and even if you can reach the pump, it involves working in close proximity to water and electricity, which can be extremely dangerous. Any mistakes made during the repair process could contaminate your water supply or put you and your home at risk. Additionally, some states require that a licensed plumber carry out well pump repair. It’s worth it to hire a professional water pump repair service.
The average cost to repair a well pump is $950, with most well pump repairs ranging between $100 and $2,900. A few factors influence your total repair cost, including the component of your well that needs repair or replacement, the extent of the damage, the accessibility of the pump, and the age and size of your well pump. It might be more cost-effective to replace your well pump if it’s old or has multiple broken components, as the average cost to replace a well pump is $1,800.
Most professional well and water pump technicians will take between two and four hours to replace an above-ground well pump, while a submersible well pump typically takes four to five hours to access and replace. You can also ask your well pump replacement technician how long they expect the process to take, as some jobs take just an hour or two. Keep in mind that you’ll be without access to water during the replacement process, so plan ahead by showering early and stocking up on bottled water for drinking and cooking.
