"The contractor, Steven was so great to work with. He constantly communicated with me and made the process as painless as possible. The price I was given was fair for the amount of work required. He had to take the back to back bathrooms down to the studs, remove rotten and molded word subfloors, replace at least 6 floor joists, redo the plumbing, and move a floor vent to place on the wall. They found an electrical issue that was resolved and then rebuilt the bathrooms. During the entire project he had a great attitude and always remained a consummate professional. Ironically, I am looking forward to our next project. I highly recommend his company for any remodel and/or building project to your home."

"This is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes. He also repaired drywall as needed, re-mounted the toilet on a newly installed floor, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. His attention to detail really shows in his work. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
