Our experience with Jason was great. His crew was on time every day and professional. He kept me updated throughout the process. Costs are reasonable. We had 3 baths remodeled and the kitchen refreshed. They were able to achieve our vision in the master bath having one big wet room for the shower and tub. Everything turned out amazing. We will use Jason again.

We initially contacted Carolina Remodel & Maintenance for quotes on one, possibly two bathrooms. However, we were so impressed with the knowledge, concept, ideas, presentation, and fair prices that they ended up remodeling all three of our bathrooms, which included the master bath. It is a toss up as to which one looks the best as each bathroom was transformed beyond recognition and is perfect. We are so pleased with the finished product and attention to detail in each bathroom. There is no need to hire separate design professionals as Carolina Remodel & Maintenance had creative design ideas and suggestions on how to maximize each space without depleting the budget. We completely trusted them and let them create a unique master bath which included an open shower and big tub concept all in same space and the final product looks fantastic. Jason, Tim, and crew punctually showed up everyday with a great attitude, stellar work ethic and positive attitude. They were organized, diligent, hard-working, trustworthy, and focused on the project at hand all the while minimizing any disruption to our day-to-day routines. They were upfront and communicated the entire time about any adjustments, pricing and/or material shortages and helped guide us in the best direction considering all aspects, aesthetics, functionality, and potential resale. Pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. Carolina Remodel & Maintenance represents customer service at its finest. Every call or text was answered moments after placed and communication was flowing the entire time so much so that we miss seeing them now that the projects have been completed. We cannot speak highly enough about Jason, Tim, and crew who from start to finish demonstrated high quality workmanship and craft. In addition to being excellent at what they do, they are all around fantastic people which is an added benefit. They made this a positive experience from start to finish and we will unquestionably use them again.

We love walking into our new bathroom that was carefully executed with detail and beautifully fits into our home. They were also flexible with working with us on our vision and ideas, including a solution to provide heat to the room more efficiently. I can't say enough good things about this company. Jason and his crew did an amazing job. My old deck was in seriously bad shape and needed a complete tear down, which couldn't have been easy because it was a pretty big deck. The guys worked so hard, were always polite and pleasant every day. They are truly skilled when it comes to building. Everything done was very precise because they really do care about the end result. My new deck is absolutely beautiful -- even more beautiful than I imagined it would turn out to be. The quality is excellent. They are all so easy to work with, Jason is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good information about the construction of the deck and caring for it afterward. I couldn't be happier and would certainly recommend them to everyone --- I made a good choice in choosing Carolina Remodel and Maintenance and will be using them again in the future. Do yourself a favor and hire them, you won't be sorry.

Jason and his crew were outstanding! They arrived and went straight to work. What I thought was going to be a 2 day job was done right in 7 hours. Their knowledge, experience and workmanship was the best. Very polite and kept me informed of everything from start to finish. Jason and his crew came out to fix my balcony, which was built incorrectly by the builder. He kept me informed the whole way, what was happening, what they were doing, and how the repairs were going. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had the entire guest bathroom gutted and remodeled. I also had bead board installed. Everything went very well. Jason and his team were very professional and personable. They arrived promptly every morning until the job was done and cleaned up very well. The quality of work is excellent. They’ll be remodeling the master bath after the new year. Highly recommend them.

Sadly, customer service is extremely unheard of in the world of construction contractors.
