"First off, Mike is a very nice young man and a hard worker. We had been looking at a kitchen remodel but having a hard time getting good quotes and people who understood what we wanted. I called Mike and he was super friendly and accommodating to us. He made an appointment and showed up on time t discuss what we wanted. We hired Mike to do the job and he did not disappoint. While we made several changes during the project and Mike never blinked. He made changes as we requested and guided us on what was the best way to move forward. "I worked with Prime Time Custom Homes for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. Everyone that worked on my home was professional, personable, experienced, communicative, and prompt. My home was built in the 70s, and I wanted to go with a modernized 70s-style vibe - we installed a butter yellow pantry wall, milk glass pendants (Amazon), a stained glass window feature (Etsy, Cali Glasshaus), and pops of walnut wood tones. They worked with me throughout the project to bring the concept to life. I used to refer to my kitchen as "my little cave", but now it is an an open, well-lit, functional and beautiful space! "We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
