He and Rosie refused to just put a bandaid on the problem instead they made sure to be thorough and remedied the problem permanently. He was fixated on making sure that he found the source of the problem and he took the steps needed to eliminate the problem. We are very impressed and not only did they correct the original problem which was the reason for contacting them but I had another unexpected issue and they did a wonderful job of fixing that problem as well. Part of the barn is workshop, part is garden equipment storage and the upper level is an abundance of household storage.
