"The contractor, Steven was so great to work with. He constantly communicated with me and made the process as painless as possible. The price I was given was fair for the amount of work required. He had to take the back to back bathrooms down to the studs, remove rotten and molded word subfloors, replace at least 6 floor joists, redo the plumbing, and move a floor vent to place on the wall. They found an electrical issue that was resolved and then rebuilt the bathrooms. During the entire project he had a great attitude and always remained a consummate professional. Ironically, I am looking forward to our next project. I highly recommend his company for any remodel and/or building project to your home."

"We had structural repairs needed to our ceiling joist. Being an older house with old construction techniques the joist had settled at different heights and some were sagging. I asked for referrals and Matt Ford was at the top of the list. Matt came out and looked at our needs and put a well detailed plan together- engineer approved. He tested our ceiling to confirm if it had asbestos. They put up barriers where working and kept things very clean. I was updated with photos as the work progressed. Had this not been done properly major structural damage could have occurred when things were cut to install a new support beam. We could not be happier and feel good knowing this part of the house is solid now. We highly recommend Fords siding and remodeling and will use him again for our next project."

"We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. Sergio is so patient, as we changed our plans several times before we decided on the screen room. We can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of Sergio and his crew. Their work ethic is admirable. They are kind and respectful. At the end of the day the area was always cleaned and debris picked up. Our new deck and screen room is so solid and sturdy. And it looks like it's been here since the day we built our house 14 years ago. It doesn't look like it was just added on. That's how well it blends in. Everyone that comes over says the same thing! Also the county inspector said said it was rare that such a big project only had a couple minor things that needed to be tweaked. You will not be sorry if you hire these guys. We are planning to hire them again for some indoor projects. We won't use anyone else! You will not be sorry you hired Antonio's Remodeling! And we are already planning to use them again for some indoor projects!"

I hired them to gut and renovate my medium sized kitchen, from scraping the popcorn ceiling to removing and relaying flooring. "Edwin and Rosie were absolutely awesome. Edwin did an assessment of what needed to be done and returned as promised. He and Rosie refused to just put a bandaid on the problem instead they made sure to be thorough and remedied the problem permanently. He was fixated on making sure that he found the source of the problem and he took the steps needed to eliminate the problem. We are very impressed and not only did they correct the original problem which was the reason for contacting them but I had another unexpected issue and they did a wonderful job of fixing that problem as well. "This is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes. He also repaired drywall as needed, re-mounted the toilet on a newly installed floor, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. His attention to detail really shows in his work. "Wonderfully! Jonathan planned it all out and worked efficiently and neatly to remodel the barn into more usable space. Part of the barn is workshop, part is garden equipment storage and the upper level is an abundance of household storage. He built a staircase to replace the old ladder which is so much safer and more efficient. Very satisfied with his work."
