Auto Tires
I went in for tires and brakes. I came out with a broken part on my tire, which they did not and would not take responsiblility for. I was told I would have to pay for the part and service ($8 part plus $65 hourly rate). Ridiculous. I felt swindled. I also felt I was over charged for their services. And even if you make an appointment and show up on time for your appointment, you will more than likely wait all day - even for a simple oil change.
