Heating and Air Conditioning Service
After talking with Kevin Morgan on several occasions about the heat pump not working he came out and determined that the heat pump had a bad compressor. The outside unit was a Goodman 4 ton unit. and a Bryant Air Handler on the inside. After almost 2 months of promises he would make it right I finally gave up and called the state inspector. According to the state inspector Mr Morgan of Morgan's Heat and Air should have license and is not licened in the state. After inspecting the unit it not only had a bad compressor but the Goodman heat pump should not be installed with the Bryant air handler and no county permits were pulled and he had no inspections done on the work.. In short I was told to replace the whole unit that not only was the parts defective but it was installed completely wrong. Kevin Morgan has not license to do heat and air and shoud not be doing any heat and air business. If he does any more business he should be turned into the state inspector.
