Amazing service! I had a great experience working with Dwayne James from Olson Plumbing and Heating in Colorado Springs. I had a water line bust in my basement. I called them for an emergency plumber and Dwayne arrived in 30 minutes. He listened attentively to me as I explained the problem. Being a Master Plumber, Dwayne quickly diagnosed the water leak instantly. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. Dwayne did a fantastic job completing the repair in a timely manner. He was always polite, easy to work with, and kept us informed during the repair progress. He left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. Anyone would be hard to find a better plumber or plumbing business. A first-class job. Highly recommend!

They come out and said I needed to replace the furnace which I didn't. I had somebody come out and said the furnace was fine. It was a complete distortion.

I'm perhaps their smallest customer but you'd think I was a big fish the way they take care of me. I've used them a few times always with outstanding service. But recently, we had near zero temperatures when our very old furnace gave way in our building. They came out within hours but the outdated part needed to be ordered and took a few days. They managed to do a temporary fix to keep the unit nice and warm. Olson Plumbing and Heating is the best! I highly recommend Olsen!

The technician who performed the service, Joshua, did a very good job. My complaint is that prior to another technician even leaving the shop, I called and reminded customer service that my furnace is in the attic so the proper ladder would be on the truck. The first technician that arrived, later than stated, informed me he was on limited duty and could not go into the attic. He called his dispatcher and left. Eventually Joshua arrived after I had to reorganized all of my morning appointments while waiting for someone to show up who could do the job. I am irritated that no one reached out to me and offered an apology for the confusion or to keep me informed as to when the second tech would be arriving, I am very disappointed that the company did not cared about their screw up. I am very disappointed! Customer Service and Dispatch failed to communicate in sending out a technician.

They did a very good job, excellent, they arrive on time and clean after themselves.

I always receive outstanding service from Olson in all categories. If one wants quality work, this is the place to contact. A shout out to Ben, the technician, he worked quickly, maintained a clean work site, and was very polite and professional. I received what I paid for which is a quality job with no concerns of needing a return visit.

Everything was fine and everything went excellent, on time, did the job, very satisfied and highly recommend them.

The technician, Josh, arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He removed the old pump, installed the new one, and verified that everything was working properly before he left. As usual, I was very impressed by the knowledge and skill of Olson's technician, as well as his overall friendliness and helpfulness. My only (minor) criticism is for their markup on the cost of the replacement pump. The exact same make and model that sells on Amazon for $379 (with free Prime shipping) costs $530 from Olson. That's a $150 (40%) markup over retail, and no doubt considerably more over wholesale. I would have thought that the installation labor charge and the recycling charge for the old pump would have contributed enough profit to the job without such a big overcharge for the part. Still, I will sleep better at night knowing that if anything goes wrong I can count on Olson to take care of it.

I was extremely pleased with this experience. The technician, Ron, showed up right on time and went straight to work. He placed drop cloths to protect my carpet near the crawlspace where the clogged line was, and then fired up a power-rooter to clear the clog. The whole process only took about 20 minutes or so, and there were no unpleasant surprises. I felt that the cost was very reasonable for the service provided.

They have been checking our furnace for a long time.

They installed the unit and have followed up on it since the install. The check took about an hour. They workers were very nice.

They are pretty good. They've been out 2-3 times. We've had problems with the brand new air conditioner, but it isn't their fault. Less than 3 months later and we have problems again. I've used them for 30 odd years. I don't know what is causing problems. They are being very very good. They are trying to fix a problem that isn't theirs. The price is very fair. One person came out. He was here for 2 hours. It may have been more. He went over everything. That is why we don't understand why we are having trouble. We bought the Cadillac of systems and we don't know why we are having trouble. They address the situation. They take care of everything they are supposed to take care of. I can't blame them I blame the company that installed it. There is something in there that is not right.

They've done both plumbing and heating for me.

They're really knowledgeable.  They tend to be a little more expensive.  I've been using them for six years.

The person who worked on it seemed to do a good job. He was thorough. I felt I got my money's worth.

Olson was prompt in getting a technician out to help us--same day. When he arrived Lowell was terrific, and did not try to up sell us in any way. He also tested everything for safety and was both friendly and informative to speak with. One of the best experiences that we've had. Lowell knew what he was doing, and inspired complete trust in him and in Olson.

Patient systematic diagnosis of problem. Effective repair. The work was explained in terms that I could understand. Professional, courteous service. Shoe covers were used to protect light carpeting. (I didn't have to ask.) The leak occurred during the holidays and during a streak of cold temperatures when customers had frozen pipes. Olson found a way to get us on the schedule with prompt service. They gave us an even earlier than scheduled appointment by keeping us on the "on call list".
