"At first I gave them a bad review because of the person they sent to do the work. After talking to the owner and his team I understood a little more of what went into this project. It was not a simple project to begin with and I was a little frustrated that it was taking so long. After sending other people to finish the project my bathroom is coming along nicely. Being a recently widowed woman Tim met me at Floor & Decor to help me with the items I needed to buy. He let me pick what I wanted but was there for guidance.
