They explained the jobs and even took pictures of completed work. They were engaging and professional and very polite. JJ Evans kept in touch with them and with me as the work progressed. They had to dig down into the foundation, fix the crack and apply waterproofing underneath my patio. While we haven’t had any big time rain since then, it’s been working against any kind of rain happening so far he also guarantees his work which gives peace of mind. They also encapsulated my crawlspace. It looks very professional and well done. It helps keep the humidity down in my crawlspace, and thus and the rest of my house.
