He graciously applied the Angie's List discount and we wrote our check to him. Just before he drove off, we realized we were having trouble lighting the pilot in our downstairs fireplace. He came back into the house and cleaned/lit pilot. When I asked him what we owed him for that additional work, he said there was no charge. Very professional and honest.

Mr, Zeller arrived approximately on hour after I called him. He immediately spotted the source of the leak as a split coupling on the dishwasher line and had it repaired in less than an hour.

Had a different plumber check out the heater and couldn't fix: Advised to replace. Zeller was prompt and noticed that all the water heater needed was cleaning of the gas pilot light. Very satisfied with Zeller Plumbing.

It went very well. He knew exactly what needed to be done and explained everything to me as he did it.

The job was done at the appointed time and took about 30 minutes. It consisted mostly of vacuuming the firebox and flue area.

This is the second year that we have used this company. They are on-time, personable, professional, clean and well-priced. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend them without the slightest of reservation.

Plumber showed up with can of compressed air. Removed stacked logs, blew dust around inside fireplace, ask customer (me) for paper towels, wiped of minimal amount of dust from outside the unit, said everything looked fine and was done. Good guy and probably a good plumber but "the deal" was no bargain at $79.00.

I had to call Mr. Zeller twice (three days apart) before he responded. He apologized, saying that he was having major dental work done, and that he'd call back to set an appointment. A week later I called again--he was ill with the flu. Finally, he called me and came out to my house within the hour. His service and personal attention, however, were very good. The fireplace inspection was quick & easy, so he also inspected our gas furnaces and water heater at no extra charge. He even inspected some toilet plumbing that I had done recently, but was unfamiliar with the brand (Gerber). For the price of a service call alone I got my money's worth.

As part of the purchase you include your name, contact info, and preferred time for the service. There was no contact from the vendor. I contacted them and was informed that he liked to "bundle" jobs when working in the Asheville area. I didn't hear back for two weeks. When I called back to follow-up, they were fairly prompt in their response to my voicemail (contacted the next day) and were apologetic regarding the delay explaining that there had been a glitch with Angie's List and they did not get the information. Mr. Zeller came that day. He was personable, knowledgeable, and gave me a tutorial on my fire logs. I would definitely use them again, with the understanding that it may take awhile to get the job done.
