We reached out to him the first time and told him something was not right and he bs about coming back ! He then finally came back after begging my mom to delete her review first talking about protecting his name and ?.. here we are again with the same thing! Not fixed ! However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."

They charged. me $650 to replace the internal parts of two water tanks of toilets which was in absolute rip off. There should be a law against anybody charging that much for something as little as this. The parts that they used to replace could not have cost over $50. So I paid them basically $600 in labor. I could have gone to Lowe's and bought two brand new toilets and had both installed for less than $700. I called Lowe's and priced this out."
