Zach and Eric came out quickly and had the repair completed in a few hours. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair, and they left the yard clean and with my wife's approval (not easy to get). The repair utilized really good quality materials so I have no doubt this leak is fixed! I will have no reservations in using these guys again."

The main reason for our decision to have the service completed was that we discovered several inches of debris in the main trunk line (leaves, sticks, nesting material). I called to specifically ask whether the vacuum was capable of clearing heavy debris (rather than dust alone), and it was confirmed that it could. However, because the trunk line was in the crawl space, the technician was not able to get the machine to a point where he could actually clean the trunk line. As a workaround, he crawled under the house and cleaned out what he could reach by hand. I appreciated his efforts, but I was hoping to have the full trunk line vacuumed and cleaned as the description of work stated. All in all, I was still happy with the service."

Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job.
