Joshua was just here for a sat night emergency. He was amazing! Fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Absolutely went above and beyond. And the final price was half the price another company charged just to show up after hours. 10/10 recommend!

They were out pretty quickly, I believe the same day, and their prices were fair. It was same gentleman who came out as before who did this more recent drain cleaning work.

Got the phone call from the tech, Reggie, within expected time.He arrived slightly later than expected -
it was arround lunch time so he probably stopped off for a bite - but he did a good job. Cleared
the clog and then cleaned up pretty well, taking about an hour overall. I did a little touch-up
cleaning afterwards, but he got almost all of the mess up in good fashion; and was an en-
joyable person to deal with. I had this company recommended by a former apartment maintenance
head who had used them frequently in the past; and I would use them again, and do recommend
them to others.

We had a soil pipe clogged by tree roots and gunk. Called on a rainy, cold Sunday morning for drain cleaning service. The technician was there quickly and was friendly and courteous. Because of our (old) plumbing system he had to pull the commode in order to rod out the sewer line. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in about 1 hour. We have had no problems since. |We would highly recommend Wake Sewer for these services.
