Zach came out and priced out a couple of options from repair to replacement of the old line along with the risks of choosing one option over another. I went with the repair option. Zach and Eric came out quickly and had the repair completed in a few hours. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. "The technician arrived early and did an awesome job installing both brackets and fans. He explained the whole process and kept the work area very clean. He even disposed of the boxes and materials from both fans and the boxes for the braces I had purchased! Both fans are running smoothly and look great. This is our third time using Streamline Plumbing and Electric, and the third different technician who has come to our home. All three of them are extremely courteous and hard working. They also are great at answering additional questions that you might have and recommending courses of action to take. When you call the office, they are always very courteous and work with you to find an available time slot. They call before to remind you, and they call when the technician is on his way.
