"To those reading this review, this client has an excellent project, including a large screen porch and a deck system. The reason for his barrage of bad reviews left on numerous sites is because months after the project an outlet on his deck stopped working. He informed us literally on the 4th of July in the afternoon and demanded it be replaced. The home and the outlet are 36 years old. I told him I could come assess the outlet, but if it's not a breaker or GFCI button (he said it was neither), the outlet finally went bad finally getting regular use. Please use Google to see where he posted the text conversation where he was very rude even though I offered to come look at it three times. We do great work NOT 46months as he mistyped, that would be almost 4 years for a porch which is very laughable. We completed his project with engineering delays via inspectors in 12 weeks. [Member Name Removed] is very disgruntled over this outlet because he bought a new grill and couldn't plug it in. I'm sorry, we tried to help."
