"It took a really, really long time. They usually like bring one and have them on the truck because I've something on TV about scam artists that claims that your leak is worst than it really is. It needs to be tightened and really they're trying to sell you the hot water heater on the truck. But I've already tested all stuff that would be the easy fix so I can fix it myself. It took like 2 to 3 hours for them to go get a hot water heater. The communication is good. I guess their work ethic is good. There were some updates that they had to do like it's the way it's hooked up, like they see mechanisms or something that they explained to me."
