These guys were great and very efficient...they came out early and explained everything so I could understand...work was completed in a timely fashion ..would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their service

After speaking to 2 other companies, and having one come out reverting us back to an electrician, spoke to James Cress, explained everything, said he'd be over in a few minutes after a few details weren't making sense. Came out, determined the issue; at this time, it was early evening, so he was able to schedule for the repair first thing in the morning before leaving town on another job. Him and another worker were able to resolve our issue, make our well up to NC code (we had a buried well), in less than 2hrs. Everything was explained well, and handled perfectly. Would definitely recommend, his expertise, friendliness, and empathy made a stressful situation easier to cope with as I felt everything would be taken care of, as it was.

James & son came by and solved the problem almost instantaneously. Once the original problem was solved, the system was tested. More issues needed resolution and these were solved. The team was knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Highly recommend.

On time, made sure pump worked as expected, cost was agreed upon before job started. I would use him again.

Very prompt response time, came to the house to evaluate our needs (well repair) and explained everything in detail that would be done & cost. The job was done almost immediately (longest wait was getting permits from county) Mr. Cress and his crew were very professional, cleaned the work area nicely and best of all, he's very affordable and does a wonderful job.

They are very high cost-wise. They are out to sell pumps; I had a new pump I installed but it was not a submisseral. Like most people who are out to sell their merchandise He said that that pump was no good and he would put in a submersible one. I needed water so I told him to go ahead. He is not out to help the customer just to sell his pumps and service. The pump I bought from Lowe was plenty sufficient for the shallow well that I have. He first said it was an old pump until I said I would find the receipt. then he said that it was not working right. I needed to get the water flowing so I did not have time to work on it myself. The only way that I would recommend them is if someone needed water in a hurry.

Speedy service and thorough work replacing pump and in house water tank and checking to make sure everything worked well and that I was content with their service, I would recommend them.

Thank God for them. We have been w/o water for 4 days. They could have taken us for a ride because we were so desperate. Instead they came out and told us it was something simple and did not rob us. We just bought the house and did not have any money. I cried when they fixed it w/o trying to get us to go borrow out money. Good people - may God Bless You!
