"First, let me say that the exterminator that came to my home each time was the NICEST guy.  This review is not about him, but about the company and my experience.
We purchased a yearly contract for quarterly exterminations.  I had to call them in January to find out when they were coming for my 3rd treatment, as they were late in coming.  I called them again in March as a service call. We were experiencing way too many spiders still.  Secure pest came out and treated for the spiders.  
Fast forward to June 2016-I received a call about renewing my contract.  I mentioned that I never had my fourth treatment.  I was told that the March visit WAS my last treatment.  I tried explaining that the March visit was a service call (which I've had before).  
March had not even been 3 months since their last visit, and I am the one that called them and asked them to come out.
I did leave a voicemail asking them to double check their records, but I never heard back from anyone at Secure Pest.
I am disappointed in this company and will find someone else that cares to stick to the contract.
Spiders are way worse than before I started using this company anyhow.

"Bug Busters offered a competitve price for a quarterly pest control service.  Very comperable with other competitors inmy area.  I was swayed to go with them in the fact that they offered a referral credit to the person who recommended them to me, and I checked them out on Angie's List and they were good.  The technitian even came out a second time after I called and said we were still seeing a lot of spiders in the new home we bought.  He was promt to come out the very next business day for no charge.  And said that any service calls for bug sitings would be of no charge until my quarterly service and payment.  I would recommend this company."
