"We had been looking at redoing our deck. We had found another person that had quoted considerably higher price. We went on Angie’s list and Stephen Austin and one of his associates came out the next day to look at the quote. I received the quote later that day and it was much less that our previous quote. We immediately hired them. Two days later they came and cut down the old deck. I did pay for the wood when they brought it in, but paid for labor at the end of the project. Schedule was a little messed up because of the thunderstorms in the area, but only cost a few days. We are so pleased with the excellent deck they built. Stephen mentioned he painted houses too. He quoted us and again considerably cheaper. After the excellent workmanship on the deck it was a “no brainer” to hire them again...I will post again after the painting is complete."
