"this was our 16 yr old concrete patio at our home, that we wanted to resurface. He came out and was very informative and was able to do the job the next day. He also gave us a discount for being a senior citizen and a veteran. The patio is now new with 2 inches of new concrete and we are very happy."

"WOW WHAT A GREAT DECISION!!
My husband and I moved from the mid-west to S.C. four ago.  We wanted to extend our outdoor living.  We invited Todd Ackerman from Express  Sunrooms to visit our home for a free estimate.  Todd explained how the screened room would be constructed, how long the construction would take and the financial cost.
Due to the August heat, Ray and his crew started work at 6:30am.  They worked with complete professionalism.
Todd keep us up to date on the construction progress timeline.
We are very pleased with our screened room and enjoying spending bug free nights.
