This year the green pollen really did a number on our porch, it was literally saturated in green pollen and I was unable to clean it as my back issues got worse. I found Chri’s business on Angie, told him the problem (he even came out and looked at it) and I was given a fair quote to clean up the porch. Chris and his helper not only cleaned the porch, but took all the furniture and other items off the porch and cleaned them individually outside of porch. Upon completion, everything was put back in place and it was like brand new. I have never had anyone do a job like this and at a fair price. "David was a true pleasure to work with when I had my concrete patio poured. My previous patio was an absolute nightmare. The previous owners had just laid brick pavers down on top of dirt and it had settled and caused drainage issues. After three years we had had enough and decided to replace it with concrete. After searching all morning and requesting quotes from big name companies I stumbled across Ace Concrete on Angi. The "big name" companies couldn't make it out until later in the week and one of them even had a minimum charge of $4,000 before even starting a job. I reached out to David and he answered my first phone call with a pleasant demeanor. He even offered to meet me at my home during my lunch break to look at the patio and quote the work. I was extremely pleased with the price he quoted as it seemed like an incredible bargain for the work that needed to be done. David even offered to give me a lower price if I pulled up the bricks myself which I was happy to do. David told me he would be out to grade the dirt on Sunday morning and pour the concrete the following day. David showed up when he said he would and it's clear that he takes pride in his work. Aside from his punctuality, the quality of his work was outstanding. You can really tell that he has been doing this for 30+ years. He did everything while I was at work on Monday morning (my wife supervised the job). When I got home I was impressed with the patio and he gave my wife some great tips for maintaining the concrete. We highly recommend Ace concrete and will certainly be calling David back when it's time to widen our driveway!"
