Best patio pros near Weddington, NC

"We remodeled most of our house this past year since we were working from home and it was long overdue. We had a few decent contractors(and a few not so decent) but the best by far was Hardscapes LLC. Our backyard has a steep hill and the rain has eroded the hill over the years to the point of seeing a lot of tree roots. We also only had about 8 feet of usable yard past the patio that was pea gravel. Hardscapes came in and put a retaining wall that gave us 30 feet of usable yard and a concrete patio. The 5-6 man crew really took their time to make sure everything was done right. They made a mess out of the driveway and street as expected with multiple truckloads of dirt and gravel…but not only did they hose the driveway down, but all 5 guys took 2-3 hours to scrape the compacted dirt from the driveway and the street, and then hose down again. I was planning on buying a power washer when I was done, but it was not needed. And we made no request of the clean up. Adam just said that he hates to leave a mess. Adam was great to work with. Answered calls the same day from start to finish and never took more than an hour or so to answer a text….unheard of these days. It did take them a few months to get started because they were so busy but Adam was very up front about timelines and weather delays. We felt like we got a fair price for the work that was done compared to quotes that we have gotten in the past, but it was a fantastic price when you take into account the service. Adam conducts business the way EVERY contractor should. I just wish he did bathroom remodeling!"

"Steven is amazing! Very detail oriented and flexible. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our patio."

"I highly recommend Andrew and his crew from PGL Landscaping. They responded to my request for lawn areation service immediately. Their quality work and fair price make them easy to recommend with 5 stars. I will certainly use them again. Bill A."

"Bobbyâ s guys extended an existing patio as well as a decorative flower bed wall. The patio extension required some grading to ensure runoff did not go under my deck. Mission accomplished. Everything came out great! Bobby was responsive to our requests and is a personable and professional person. Overall a good experience. I would hire him again."

"The owner and team from Clean Cuts Lawn & Landscaping did a fantastic Job with my paver patio. My wife and I been planning on a patio for the last two years and KC and his team understood my vision of our patio. We cant wait to add a pergola to invite friends and family over to shoot our new patio. ð"

"Pavel and his crew did a fantastic job designing, constructing and customizing the patio enclosure to meet our needs. Full service including electrical, gas, and matching new pavers to existing. I would use Unique again in the future without hesitation."

"John came out to give us a quote. Brought out samples and demonstrated the features of the awning by showing how it would looks. Had a nice setup on his van that really helped us make our decision. We chose fabric and pattern/design. Installation was delayed as the order had the wrong fabric; John called us to inform us about it. Installation was pushed out by a few days. But on the new date, his crew arrived on time and efficiently installed it. They cleaned the area after they were done. We have been using it regularly and have no issues."

"this was our 16 yr old concrete patio at our home, that we wanted to resurface. He came out and was very informative and was able to do the job the next day. He also gave us a discount for being a senior citizen and a veteran. The patio is now new with 2 inches of new concrete and we are very happy."

"WOW WHAT A GREAT DECISION!!
My husband and I moved from the mid-west to S.C. four ago.  We wanted to extend our outdoor living.  We invited Todd Ackerman from Express  Sunrooms to visit our home for a free estimate.  Todd explained how the screened room would be constructed, how long the construction would take and the financial cost.
Due to the August heat, Ray and his crew started work at 6:30am.  They worked with complete professionalism.
Todd keep us up to date on the construction progress timeline.
We are very pleased with our screened room and enjoying spending bug free nights.
We would highly recommend  Express Sunroom to make your outdoor living dream come true.
