"We selected Hardscapes in late July 2020, and they were able to do the work in January 2021. We knew upfront they had a waiting list. They built a 70 feet long retaining wall as the existing one was railroad ties and it was failing. The new wall looks excellent. It took about a week to do, and it was rough work since it had been raining consistently. I also requested them to redo our stairs in the same area. While I should be most impressed with the wall as it is fabulous, I really love the stairs. It was excellent work. The gentlemen working were all very nice and did a great job cleaning up every day. The neighbors even complimented on how thorough they were with clean up. The owner came to the site every day staying as long as was necessary each day managing the project and reviewing work that had been done and tweaking if he thought it was needed. He was also very easy to contact and responsive if he wasn't on site. The owner appears to take pride in his work which is a very positive attribute. While he was here since we were very happy with the end product we also had him quote us on some other possible projects. In short, while there is a decent wait time, it is definitely worth it."

"We had a retaining wall installed when we had a pool put in 5yrs ago. The wall was sinking and was not serving its purpose. We had YYY&D come and gave us a quote which was similar to the 3 other received. We decided to use him and so happy we did! He removed our current wall and was able to reuse all the stone to rebuild. He reconstructed our retaining wall to do what is was supposed to do 5 yrs ago. They were prompt, reliable, friendly and had respect for our property. Neat and cleaned up and did a wonderful job! "The team did an excellent great job replacing 2 large retaining walls, including relocating one of the walls further from the house. They removed some small trees, installed drainage, and used the excess dirt to re-landscape part of the back yard which they seeded. They also replaced a wooden deck with a concrete patio. They were very professional, flexible and easy to work with. They made sure I was satisfied with their work. I recommend them! They do quality work at a reasonable price."

Their operations manager was at my home at 11am the next day and was able to give me a proposal in writing for the project before he left. The work commenced three days later. The installers did a fantastic job of removing my pinestraw, installing metal edging and putting down mulch. They even added extra areas without charge that were not including in the proposal!
