"Pavel and his crew did a fantastic job designing, constructing and customizing the patio enclosure to meet our needs. Full service including electrical, gas, and matching new pavers to existing. I would use Unique again in the future without hesitation."

"David is awesome and I would hire him again with no question! He knows all things concrete! He is professional, punctual, and honest. His pricing is more than fair and he took care of our back patio expansion with ease. We are so excited to have more space to enjoy our backyard!"

"I have a screened porch that I wanted to enclose. Todd from Express Sunrooms was the first company I interviewed. I never make a decision after one interview. After meeting Todd I knew he was the right contractor for me AND I WAS RIGHT!! He was upfront, honest kept to the terms of our agreement. Time frame was as discussed. His workers were polite, respectful and cleaned up after the project was completed which was that afternoon. I am very pleased with the quality of the vinyl windows. Todd also replaced 2 pieces of siding on the house. He came and removed the pieces and found the company that matched my siding. He did that for me since my builder STANDARD PACIFIC was of little help. I can recommend Todd highly for your home project. You will be very pleased"

"Gio is very friendly and approachable. He did an amazing job on our patio. Additionally he also is helping with the lighting in the patio. Definitely would recommend gio without any second thoughts."

"Todd at Express Sunrooms or Rock Hill gave us a prompt visit and detailed quote to install screening in our deck. Sent out a team quickly to do the work. Even thought the temperature outside was over 100 degrees, these guys were amazing. Results are stunning. Great service and price."

"Highly recommend Green Heron Landscaping from design to completion, all work was completed by skilled workers who maintained a clean work site. Communication was great, Tommy kept us informed throughout the project. The plants, bushes, trees and hardscaping material he chose were exactly what we were looking for. This project by Green Heron exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier."

"Beautiful paver patio installed. And when the pergola arrived early, they put it together and bolted it down to the patio. Everything looks fantastic!"

"The deck needed some repair workâ not a big job, but a lot of troublesome details, fixing some wear and tear but also a previous carpenterâ s mistakes and omissions. Joe came, looked over the situation, and made a very reasonable bid based on materials and hours. When he and his partner came to do the work, however, they approached it with the eye of a master carpenter and artist combined. They were clearly interested in more than just doing a small, picky job. They wanted to bring that deck up to its full strength and beauty, no matter what it took. And they did that â ¦ on budget and in a timely manner. I could not be more grateful or happy with the outcome. Count me as a long-term fan. Merwyn Johnson"
